It's not necessary that people embrace your trains of thought. You can treat even hostile responses to your posts as opportunities to share your views. Check out this conversation about what to do when someone trolls you: still we can use his comment as a springboard Posted by Tyred on 2026-August-13 09:12:00, Thursday In reply to And this is why I don't expand too much posted by Husky Like berry was saying yesterday, sometimes you got to use hate to make love. Did you notice how that post praised BC's "greatest minds?" The fact that you have people like digiorno responding to your posts with "fact checks" is your time to shine. Respond with facts of your own if you have them. Embrace the conflict and let it inspire you to make your case more fully. The only time where that might not work might be situations where you didn't really believe what you posted and were only saying it to piss people off. In that case they are helping you by exposing that there is no "there there" to those posts. In those types of situations it makes sense to retreat and then come back when you have something of actual real substance to share with us.
