A Islamo-stalinistic society must be the worst of the worst society to live in, much worse than Afghanistan. I think, people will flee at a speed that exceed speed of light.

The thing is, you want to destroy the current society and being a Islamo-Stalinist will do the thing. It is like arson. You put fire to a building, but nobody wants to live there once the fire is extinguished.
