Well I am glad...

...that the cogs make these decisions. I wouldn't want to have to do it. I have seen circumcision discussions generate so much heat on the main board that people find it objectionable. Same for VirPed and TG. I would say the heat reflects the centrality of these issues to the politics of youthlove. I know some people would prefer that youthlove not really have a politics and just want a quiet place to perv on, or talk about perving on, boys. Still, I hope the politics of youthlove will always belong on the main board. The purpose of OC, as I understand it, is to provide a place for youthlovers to have their own versions of political discussions that have so little relevance to youthlove that they could equally well occur elsewhere. I have participated extensively on OC, though not much recently, and I admire your persistence in attempting to inject intelligence into the discussions there. The last US election, however, seems to have solidified a division on OC into Red and Blue "teams" that rarely manage to do more than parrot either CNN/MSNBC or Fox/OAN/Newmax.
