There is no easy solution for what you want to do, some websites automatically show mobile URLs when the server detects a smartphone.

But, I will advice you on privacy if you want because if you lose your mobile phone, then people will definitely would be able to see what websites you have visited and endanger your privacy. You should encrypt the whole device, this can be done in Android and iOS, use a long password.

It will be annoying having to enter it everytime you switch on your mobile phone but if you have private information in your mobile device, it is worth to take security seriously.
