Wow, I'd had no idea of that. It seems stupid to include a sigpic of yourself; even an arguably very small risk seems much too great, considering the danger. Updating the policy might entail forbidding all personal photos as the safest approach, though that would probably cause some grumbling ... at first, for a while.
