I mixed the joke and the reality together on purpose, I hope you can see.

Yeah, that's sort of the impression I got, but with how unhinged and ridiculous some of the opinions are on here, it's kind of difficult to suss out.

I'd probably agree to some extent, so long as the boys in question are under 11 or 12 or so - after that, with the onset of puberty, it is natural for them to be involved romantically and erotically with females.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "subjectively" here.

Maybe, but I'm not sure. What harm would it cause for a young boy to be romantically and/or sexually involved with a young girl? I don't think that'd be detrimental to their social development.

I mean, yeah, probably. Pretending that they're naturally homosexually inclined towards men seems equally off base, though.
