Unlike you I dont have detailed knowledge of the workings of the board 10+ years ago.


You have manipulation on the brain. I said "the cogs will decide", and apparently they have. In what way is that manipulation? Its always the cogs who decide whether it was nicklinking or not.

Sources say you have yet to put in a prf about this situation, so why would you expect the cogs to weigh in???

How would you know whether or not I have put in a prf?
